Scrumptious! I can’t wait to try it for a second time. Everything looked so appealing I wish I had more! I had to cookie gelato. Everything was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Perfect spot for dessert after having dinner. Many different options of gelato and desserts. There is street parking availability and wheelchair accessible.

We really enjoyed the ice cream. The texture was incredibly creamy and smooth. There was also a great variety of flavors to choose from. Some flavors stood out more than others. The Salted Caramel was delicious—you could definitely taste the caramel, although the salty flavor was very subtle. The Chocolate Peanut Butter was good, but it was just chocolate with little pieces of peanuts (we expected something else). We also tried the Brownie flavor, which was tasty but tasted mostly like chocolate instead of having much brownie flavor. The only flavor that disappointed us was the Dulce de Leche. It was very light in color and tasted more like sweet cream than dulce de leche. Even so, the ice cream itself had a wonderful creamy texture, and we enjoyed our visit. We’d be happy to come back and try more flavors.

Been coming Gelato & Co for years. We recommed it to all our friends and family. Today I was in with my daughter. No greeting by the staff, no thank you when we paid. The staff looked annoyed. There was nobody else in line but us, so it wasnt busy. Lady behind the counter gave me the wrong item. When I asked about it, she rolled her eyes like I inconvenienced her and insisted it was correct. She and another worker came out and noticed the signs were in the wrong place in the display. She did try to give me the correct one, but by then, I know longer wanted item. The fun of having a treat was gone. The eye rolls and rude staff was enough. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back and will recommend others find another ice cream shop.

Absolutely loved this place! The gelato is incredibly creamy, fresh, and full of authentic Italian flavor. We tried a few different flavors and every single one was delicious. The staff was welcoming, patient, and happy to let us sample before choosing. The shop is spotless and has a great atmosphere, making it the perfect stop while walking around downtown Naples. If you’re looking for authentic Italian gelato, this is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the Key Lime Pie and Pineapple-Orange gelato in a cone, and they were absolutely delicious! The shop is cute, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors. If you're visiting Naples, Florida, do yourself a favor and stop by—you'll be giving your taste buds a party! 🍦😋
